Orders and shipping

How long until my order arrives?

Every piece is made to order. In the US, most orders arrive in 10 to 14 business days. International orders usually take 12 to 30 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?

US orders of $75 or more ship free. US orders under $75 are $10. International orders are a $35 flat rate.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. Duties, taxes, and import fees are paid by the recipient unless checkout says otherwise.

What payment methods do you take?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Everything you see at checkout is accepted.

Returns

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes. Request a return within 10 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn with tags. If something shows up damaged or wrong, we make it right. Read the full Refund Policy.

How do preorders work?

Preorder pieces like the Ancestor Collection are made in a single run after the preorder window closes. You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts.

How do your hoodies fit?

Our hoodies run true to size with a classic unisex fit. Size up if you want an oversized look. Each product page lists the measurements.

Artists

Where does the money go?

The artist behind each design keeps 70% of the profit from every piece sold. Every product page names the artist.

I'm a DMV artist. How do I get my work on Hoodie Goodies?

Email info@hoodiegoodies.com with your name, your work (links or portfolio), and your Instagram. You can also read about our artist program.

Can Hoodie Goodies feature my music, event, or business?

Yes. Send it to info@hoodiegoodies.com and tell us what's good. We cover DMV artists, music, and local business on the blog.
