1. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED ON HOODIE GOODIES? 

All major forms of payment are accepted including Credit Card and Debit Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Paypal and Venmo. We currently do not accept other methods of payment at this time.

2. HOW IS SHIPPING PROCESSED FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON HOODIE GOODIES?

As soon as an order is received and verified we process shipping of the product. Currently, Hoodie Goodies only ships products within the continental United States using standard post shipping options.

Please allow 7-12 days for a product to be delivered.  In the case, a product fails to deliver, please refer to our Refund Policy located here.

3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A PRODUCT TO SHIP?

Shipping takes approximately 7-12 days for a product to be delivered. We only ship products within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) at this time.  

4. HOW DO I SELL PRODUCTS ON HOODIE GOODIES? 

Artists and Creatives have the option to sell their artwork and created items on our online store. This includes custom designs for T-Shirts, Hoodies, Printed Postcards, Stickers, and more!

All interested individuals who want to participate will be required to sign a Consignment Agreement with Shattered Glass Studios. Payment is handled through our automated consignment app on the Shopify platform.

5. HOW DO I WRITE FOR HOODIE GOODIES? HOW CAN I GET FEATURED AS A LOCAL ARTIST OR CREATOR?

Hoodie Goodies is currently looking for content writers for our various blogs.

Hoodie Goodies will only refund products within 10 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
