Order processing

Many Hoodie Goodies pieces are produced after an order is placed. Your order may include production time before it is handed to the carrier. The delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation includes the best information available when you order, but it is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping rates and tracking

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, we will email it after the carrier accepts your package.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email steve@whoissteve.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or fulfillment has started.

Delays and delivery issues

Carrier delays, severe weather, and high-volume periods can affect delivery. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

International orders

When international shipping is offered, the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
