Terms of service
Last updated: August 9, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of hoodiegoodies.com and purchases from Hoodie Goodies. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store.
Store use
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the store's operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, or use store content in violation of intellectual-property or other rights.
Products and availability
We work to describe products, colors, sizing, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production variations can affect how colors appear. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment; we may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled or appears fraudulent.
Payment, shipping, and returns
You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy posted on this store.
Creative work and intellectual property
The store, brand assets, photography, copy, artwork, and product designs are owned by Hoodie Goodies or used with permission from their respective artists and rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or permission to reproduce the design.
Third-party services and links
The store relies on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, and carriers. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, Hoodie Goodies is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and liability
The store is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the store. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, severability, and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the District of Columbia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
